The title just seemed to be what I needed for this entry. Some of you may recognize it others well you are just missing out. Well anyway this is just to let everyone know where I am right about now.
Today I am free in mind, body, and spirit. I feel liberated and affirmed. A powerful wave has washed over me and I am happy. My eyes are wide open again and my energy is level. This is in deed a good day. I have been listening to positive yet insightful music. I believe it is time for me to extend my energy out into the world and put it to use. A wise man once told that I had a gift and once I stopped running it would set me on fire, well I am thinking the time is now.
My life is good and it is time to do good.
